It is with great pleasure that we can announce the promotion of Natalie Day to Director of Stocktaking.
Natalie has worked for RAS for 22 years. Staring as a receptionist, Natalie was quickly recognised for her skills and working ethic and was promoted to the Administration Manager. Following her success, she was again promoted to a Deployment Manager and then the Head of Planning & Deployment.
In 2022 Natalie was promoted to Head of Stocktaking and in this latest move we are delighted that Natalie has accepted the position of Director.
Natalie’s consistent career progression demonstrates her strong leadership skills and ability to adapt to new challenges. Natalie is known for her strategic thinking, effective communication, and the ability to inspire others. Her dedication and hard work have been instrumental in RAS’s success and we are thrilled to have her as Director.
In this new role Natalie is eager to leverage her extensive experience to drive company-wide initiatives and mentor the next generation of leaders. Natalie joins Neil Hopkins, Director of Store Support, Edward Newbury (Edd), Director of Innovation and Technology, and Tom McNally, Finance Director, on the UK Operating Board.
Marc Yardley has been promoted to Managing Director. This promotion also signifies a strategic move for the company as Marc brings a wealth of experience and visionary leadership to the role. His track record of driving innovation and growth will continue to enhance the company’s competitive edge and with Marc at the helm, the company is well-positioned to achieve its ambitious goals and expand its market presence.
These promotions take place with immediate effect and the Shareholders wish them congratulations and good luck in their new roles.
