On Thursday 26th September we held our annual Colleague Recognition Awards to recognise excellence and to reward those colleagues who exemplify our core values.
Our Colleague Recognition Awards are a way to say thank you to our colleagues for peak performance. It is not an initiative about words, it’s about us recognising and rewarding everyday actions and results.
Nominations were made across our core values and an additional 4 categories, with votes cast by clients, peers, and the leadership team; as we believe as a business that everyone’s opinion counts.
We have some of the best people in the business; passionate, hard-working and always up for a challenge!
