An early career in the licensing trade prepared Marc for challenging service environments. With a drive to deliver operational excellence, Marc says “Operations at the sharp end is not easy, but with our cutting-edge recruitment, scheduling and deployment systems I always know exactly who is where and what they are doing so I can ensure our clients are always supported”.

With over 30 years at the RAS, Graham began as a Stock Taker and progressed through various roles across the business. His hands-on experience ensures he understands what excellence looks like for clients. Graham is committed to delivering consistent customer satisfaction and fostering a culture of continuous service improvement.

Natalie leads over 2,500 specialist auditors, driven by her passion for people. She focuses on recognising achievements, nurturing talent, and inspiring teams to excel within their roles. Her leadership fosters collaboration and a culture of excellence, ensuring the delivery of outstanding results for our clients.

Tom ensures that we have the funds to invest in ideas and technologies that will generate value for both RAS and its clients and is committed to managing our businesses’ and customers’ finances in an ethical and sustainable manner. His commitment to innovation and integrity ensures long-term growth and resilience for our organisation.

Edd joined the business in 2015 as an Account Manager, advancing to Retail Head of Contracts and now Director of Technical Innovation. He leverages his technical expertise and deep operational insight to drive impactful innovation for both internal teams and external stakeholders, fostering growth and efficiency across the organisation.

Chrissie joined as a Stock Taker in 1995. Chrissie has performed many roles giving her a thorough understanding of every aspect of the organisation. Now Head of Projects Chrissie leadership ensures that every step of the project cycle is managed meticulously and governed in order to ensure a smooth operation.

Keith has over 20 years in customer-facing roles within the retail market. Adept in listening, understanding and developing long-term partnerships, and with an interest in technological advancement, Keith’s role is to continually review the latest innovations and deliver end-to-end solutions to achieve our client’s objectives.

John joined the company after 26 years working for BHS as a store manager. John has brought a wealth of retail and leadership experience to support our clients on their individual inventory management journey. With his client-side experience, John ensures RAS delivers quality service with the right approach.
