Bruno Ferreira is currently completing a Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor training apprenticeship with our guidance and that of Ensis Solutions; our apprenticeship training provider.
Bruno’s apprenticeship focuses on supporting, managing and developing a team, project management, planning workload and resource, delivering operational plans and all areas of communication and relationship building; all the knowledge needed to progress with a career in management.
We asked Bruno why he decided to embark on the program “The reason I decided to embark on this training programme was to improve and develop my skills in team leading, to fill any gaps in knowledge that I had and to generally improve myself”
Bruno went on to say, “RAS and Ensis have been especially flexible which really helps in the line of work that I do, they have always been available when I needed to ask any questions, the structure has worked very well for me.”
“I have manged to apply my learnings surprisingly well. A few months after I started the course, I noticed that I was thinking much more about my actions and the results of them.”
Katie French, Retail Regional Business Manager for Region 4 said “Bruno has shown a commendable dedication towards completing this programme whilst almost upholding his usual duties and fulfilling them to the highest standard. The Regional Management team are extremely proud of Bruno’s efforts and success with the course”
Bruno is due to finish his program in May 2019 and will have not only gained the practical skills to make a genuine impact in the workplace but will also be able to register as an associate member of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).
